Senior Accountant

Kforce is seeking a Senior Accountant for a growing manufacturing company in Scottsdale, AZ. This role involves core accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close activities, cost accounting, and inventory analysis. The Senior Accountant will also assist with financial statement preparation, analyze manufacturing variances, support internal controls, and collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure accurate financial data and support growth initiatives.

Must Have

• Perform month-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliations
• Support cost accounting and inventory analysis
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting
• Analyze manufacturing variances and production costs
• Support internal controls and process improvements
• Work cross-functionally with operations and supply chain teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles
• ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
